Welcome to the vision/mission of the Institute for Faith Based Leadership and Philanthropy, Inc.
better known as IFLP, a 501c3 organization.
As we listen to the news and look at our community we see that much has to be done to impact our
children to let them know that we, that includes you, do care.

Believing that "All Children are Our Children and that no one person or organization can do it all;"
is clearly pointed out in the old African quotation, “It takes a village to raise a child.” To support
our children in foster and sheltered care and other needy children, along with their families, IFLP
is motivated to collaborate with other organizations and agencies that share the same mission. In
doing this, it is our hope that we will make a positive impact on social ills for the benefit of us all.

IFLP's programs and projects are designed to make it easy for you to help.

IFLP invites you to join us. By keeping up with our web site, there are so many ways that you can
become a part of this move to make a difference. You can:

Volunteer at the creative events
Tell others about the work we do and encourage them to support in some way
Make donations on behalf of children in need as we request (school supplies, clothes and
other items as needed)
Join us on our conference calls: Information to be posted beginning Jan. 2010 (to share
ideas and information)
Sponsor children in some way children as needs are discovered
Give us your good ideas or best practices as we share with you issues that could cover:
parenting and more

Its going to take all of us working together as we attempt to improve the quality of life for those in
need and for all of us. As the community goes, so do we all.
