Rev. Pamela Bell, MS, CPE, NCC Director of Healthy Family Services
Minister Bell is a national board certified pastoral counselor with 16 years experience in counseling youth and their family. Her work includes crisis interventionist for runaway youth and addiction counselor in prison-based treatment programs. Currently, Min. Bell practices psychotherapy at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center as Senior Mental Health Therapist for Community Psychiatry Child/Adolescent Program. Her scope of practice is at-risk youth in west Baltimore. In addition, she is the Director of the Addiction Recovery Ministries of New Psalmist Baptist Church. Her duties include training clergy and lay leaders in pastoral care for the 7,000- member congregation. Min. Bell is a graduate of Loyola College where she received her Masters in Pastoral Counseling and Clinical Pastoral Education Certification.

Rev. Isaac James Director of Community Planning & Advocacy
Rev. James has 14 years of experience in the field of community planning and development. He has worked in different capacities to promote community action and program development among grass roots organizations in general, faith-based groups specifically. Rev. James worked as a community liaison for the Coordinator of the Faith Partnership Initiative of Maryland for two years. He was trained in nonprofit management and operations under the Faith Based Initiative’s training program.

.Janet Rene Adams, CFRE Advisor Fourteen years of experience in the field of fund and program development for community, faith-based and government initiatives. Training and technical assistance in nonprofit management with expertise in foundation, corporate and government proposal writing, prospect research, board and staff development,needs assessments and feasibility studies, and facilitation of strategic planning processes. Local and national conference speaker, trainer and researcher. Raised over $8,000,000 in private and public funds and resources.
Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE International); Member of the Maryland Nonprofits' Ethics Standards Committee; Graduate of the Family Bible Institute, College and Seminary with a Masters in Business Management; Member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP); Association of Professional Researchers for Advancement (APRA), and National Association for Female Executives. Career training from Indiana University and Goucher College.
